Our regular office hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Tina Sindwani, MD, and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Tina Sindwani after regular hours, please call our office at (646) 820-7101. Your call will be returned promptly.
At Tina Sindwani, MD, we do not accept Medicare or any insurance plans. Your annual membership fee covers all primary care services provided by Dr. Sindwani and her staff. All lab services and radiology services will be billed to your insurance. Any specialists that you are referred to may or may not accept insurance based on your preferences. We will work with you to find in-network specialists at your request. For membership payments, we accept credit card, ACH, and wire transfers.

If Dr. Sindwani suggests a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to schedule this for you as soon as possible and accommodate your request for an in-network or out of network provider.
Some referrals, such as diagnostic imaging, require insurance preauthorization and may take additional time to coordinate.
Dr. Sindwani is on the voluntary faculty at NYU Langone. She has relationships at multiple hospitals in Manhattan and can facilitate care at any of these institutions. Dr. Sindwani will always find the best specialist or surgeon for your specific needs regardless of location or institution.
Prescription refills for established patients of Tina Sindwani, MD are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request via MyChart, by sending a text message to our office. If you have a new prescription request, please schedule an appointment with Dr. Sindwani.
