Concierge Medicine Memberships
We offer two Core memberships and an array of cutting-edge diagnostic testing options that can be added. Dr. Sindwani can help you choose the most appropriate tests based on your medical needs, health and wellness goals, medical complexity, and age.
Our Core memberships include:
- 24/7 access to Dr. Sindwani by cell phone, text, email.
- Same day appointments with Dr. Sindwani in person or via telehealth for urgent matters Monday - Friday.
- Long, no-rush appointments with minimal wait times, if any.
- Yearly 2-hour comprehensive physical with labs billed to insurance.
- Concierge navigation services between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday - Friday, to assist with scheduling appointments, medication refills, care coordination, prior authorizations, and obtaining medical records.
- Referrals to top specialists that have been vetted by Dr Sindwani, and expedited appointments when medically indicated.
- 24/7 concierge ER care for after hours and weekend needs, with locations on UES, Tribeca; the Hamptons; Gramercy; Beverly Hills, CA; Santa Monica, CA; San Francisco, CA; Manhattan Beach, CA; Palm Beach, FL; and Miami, FL. Home visits are available for an additional fee.
- Nutrition assessment and counseling with Melissa Schuster, RD once a year.
- Special rates for all family members added on to membership.
